This quest for the ultimate most powerful designer being was both Threan government sanctioned and approved, but there were also unsanctioned and unapproved genetic programs that resulted in horrible mutations. Many Threan’s migrated to Earth because they were almost genetically identical to earthlings, and could mingle within the human race unnoticed. The war that began on Threa for genetic dominance accompanied the exodus from Threa to Earth, and this is where JPKmos And The Stone Angels begins.
